ABOUT ME
I am a clinical psychologist working in private practice in Hermanus, Cape Town and online. I provide short and long-term psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults as well as assessment services. I am a registered clinical psychologist with the HPCSA and BHF.
MY SERVICES
Child Psychotherapy
Child psychotherapy entails play therapy that is either directive (theraplay methods) or non-directive (child-centered play therapy).
Adolescent Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy for adolescents uses all the same principles of adult therapy but is underpinned by strategies from developmental psychology.
Adult Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is “talk therapy” that treats psychological problems through communication between a client and their psychologist.
